The book is filled with color plates, photographs, b/w illustrations and maps. All this to present the exiting 16th century out to new and old fans of the samurai.

作者簡介

Terje Solum

　　Terje Solum has for more than 20 years done research on the Sengoku Jidai and has during this time managed to acquire a huge library on the Middle Ages of Japan. He also has a large collection of photographs. Terje has studied Japanese at a language institute in Okazaki Japan, and in Norway at the University of Bergen (UiB). He has a BA degree in history from USN (University of South-Eastern Norway). He liv and works in Skien, Norway. This book will be the author’s fifth in the Saga of the Samurai series.
